During your stay at Antagana the program of activities is flexible and responsive to the needs of participants and will allow plenty of free time to rest, journal, swim and connect with the peaceful environment.

Day 1 Saturday, March 6
2:00 PM Check in to your Bungalow and familiarise yourself with all the facilities

4:00 PM Welcome to Antagana Land Ceremony and Blessing with Host Ratna

7:30 PM Evening Group Session- Setting Your Intention for yourself during the retreat & Expectations for the Retreat + Look at Tool Kit.
Day 2 Sunday, March 7
7:00 AM Morning Wake Up – Stretching & Body Awareness Movement
8:00 AM Breakfast in the Restaurant
9:30 AM Group Session: Guided Dreaming: Awakening to Your True Self + Visual Expression
12:30 PM Lunch in the Restaurant
2:00 PM Self - Healing in Serenity Meditation with host Ratna
4:00 PM Free Time - Massage, Rest, Journal, Swim
6:00 PM Dinner in the Restaurant
7:30 PM Evening Group Session - Expanding Consciousness Guided Meditation
Day 3 Monday, March 8
7:00 AM Morning Voice Toning Meditation to Raise Your Vibration
8:00 AM Breakfast in the Restaurant
9:30 AM Guided Session: Identify Patterns and Beliefs that you are ready to release + Visual Expression
12:30 PM Lunch in the Restaurant
2:00 PM Group Session - Meditation + Complete Letter Writing for Ogoh Ogoh Fire Ceremony
3:00 PM Dress in your ceremonial sarong with your sash. Staff will assist.
4:00 PM Walk to local Antagana Village - Ogoh Ogoh Parade and Fire Ceremony, accompanied by Driver.
8:30 PM Dinner in the Restaurant + Orientation Nyepi Day of Silence with Ratna
Day 4 Tuesday, March 9
NYEPI Bali's Day Of Silence
6:30 AM Nyepi Day of Silence- For 24 hours. No talking or communicating by phone, and no electric lights
8:00 AM Breakfast in Silence in the Restaurant
9:00 AM Silent time alone with Self to Sit in Meditation, Mindful walking in Gardens, Solo reflection, Rest, Draw Write
12:30 PM Lunch in Silence in the Restaurant
1:30 PM Free Time to Relax and Retreat in Silence, No Socialising, No Phone or Communication with Others
5:30 PM Dinner in Silence in the Restaurant
6:30 PM Retire to Bungalow - Silent Retreat Candlelight only
